Mimi Chakraborty Biography

Mimi Chakraborty is an Indian Bengali actress, singer

and politician.

Her debut film was Baapi Bari Ja, in which she played the

role of Dola.

She was listed as the most desirable woman in the Calcutta

Times 2016 and 2020 Most Desirable Women list.

She joined politics in 2019. In the same year,

she contested the Indian general election as a Trinamool

Congress candidate from the Jadavpur Lok Sabha constituency.

She was a Member of Parliament for the 17th Lok Sabha

from the Jadavpur constituency.
