Dipjol Biography
Monowar Hossain Dipjol, better known as Dipjol,
is a Bangladeshi actor, producer, writer, politician and
businessman.
He is currently serving as the General Secretary of the
Bangladesh Film Artists Association.
He was born on April 6, 1962 in Bagbari, Mirpur, Dhaka.
He entered the film industry under the guidance of film
director Montazur Rahman Akbar.
He is the owner of Fahim Shooting Spot, Asia Cinema Hall,
Parbat Cinema Hall, Jobeda Films, Parbat Pictures-2,
Dipjol Food Industries. He is active in Bangladeshi films.
He acted in several films including Takaar Pahar, Habildar,
but gained popularity through the fast-paced film Teji.
He initially played the role of a villain, but he started acting
in good roles through the film Koti Takaar Kabin.
His elder brother Shahadat Hossain Badsha started a bus
service in his name (Dipjol Paribahan).
