Sadia Islam Mou is a Bangladeshi model and dancer.
Mou was born on June 21, 1976.
Her first modeling career began in 1989.
She has also acted in several television dramas.
Mou's mother Rasha Islam was a pioneer of still ad modeling
in Bangladesh and the first model and dancer in Bangladesh.
When Mou joined school at the age of three and a half,
her mother enrolled her in a dance school.
Her maternal grandfather Azfar Hasan Mahmud was a student
of Santiniketan and a student of Rabindranath Tagore.
Her mother forced her to enroll in Bulbul Lalit Kala Academy.
Her gurus were Rahija Khanam Jhunu and Kabirul Islam Ratan.
Mou married popular actor Zahid Hasan.
Her daughter's name is Puspita and her son's name is Purna.
